European Social Fund (ESF)
– enables development and raising of competences of Polish enterprises' staff
– contribution of ESF amounts to:
– 60% of training cost in case of large companies (equal or more than 250 employees)
– 80% of training cost in case of SMEs (no more than 249 employees)
Polish-German Study: Modern Human Resources Management
In 2006 this study has reached a subsidy in 5th Call For Proposals in the frame of scheme A action 2.3 Sectorial Operational Programme Human Resources Development "Improving of competencies and qualifications of Human Resources" and was successfully conducted until 2008.
On 22nd July 2009 a new project was accepted for a subsidy in the frame of the Sectorial Operational Programme Human Resources Development for the years 2007-2013, Action 2.1.1. “Development of human resources in enterprises”.
This study is mainly addressed to HR managers and other HR specialists in enterprises.

✔ Graduates receive Polish-German diplomas issued by F+U Berlin International Academy and CEDOZ- Center for Management Development
