INVITATION TO THE PARTICIPATION IN

POLISH-GERMAN MANAGERIAL STAFF TRAININGS

CO-FINANCED FROM EU FUNDS

Our trainings were a part of the Polish-German Year 2005/2006, accomplished under the patronage of the President of Poland and the President of Germany.

We invite you to take part in starting in next issues of the following kinds of Polish-German Managerial Study:

Nr 1: Modern Company Management - Management of sales and marketing profitability on b2b market

Nr 2: Modern Production Management,

*study no.1 and 2 are co-financed by EU (50% contribution in Berlin session)

Nr 3: Study for business trainers "Train the Trainers"

Nr 4: Study for Masters and Foremen

Every year we star two editions of each study:

-         spring edition (trainings between march and september)

-         fall edition (trainings between october and february)

Attention: candidates don't need to know any foreign language:

German part of the classes is translated!


WHAT PROFITS CAN YOU GAIN BY PARTICIPATING IN OUR TRAININGS?

Polish-German managerial trainings unite many values and ensure a unique training programme:

1. Graduates receive certificates and German diplomas (signed also by CEDOZ)

-   Our partner is a leading German and EU managerial training institution, that's why the diplomas can visibly help in participant’s further career path on the Polish, German or EU labour market.

2. Finishing Study 1,2 can help the participants to gain in a future "European Certificate of Managerial Competences"

-   it is an EU document certifying managerial competences in all Community countries. The system has been developed in the frame of „ESO-CSA” project and will be implemented in all EU countries in 2008. CEDOZ – as the only partner from Poland - participates in this project and will be in the future a member of the certyfying institutions network. The project has been awarded by the EU Commision European Quality Award in December 2006 (see more: www.eso-csa.com)

3. Practical knowledge and efficient training in small 16-people groups

-   Training focuses on the implementation of the latest management know-how in companies which should lead to the growth of their market competetiveness.

4. Business

-   during the Berlin session participants will take part in a plenty of seminars organized by German governmental institutions, chambers of commerce and Polish Embassy; the aim of that is to present a specificity of a German market and support opportunities for Polish companies in Germany.

5. Attractive free time spending (besides training activities)

-   the main goal here is to integrate the participants, identify the possibilities of bilateral and multilateral co-operation between the companies and also improvement the knowledge about German culture

6. Our trainings are co-financed from EU funds

-   participants of the study no. 1,2 pay only 50% of Berlin visit costs

OUR PARTNER: F+U BERLIN INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY (more: www.fuu.de)

  • represents one of the biggest and well-known commercial management and staff training institution in Germany and European Union
  • is a part of F+U, which company is an owner of 23 schools and training centers in Germany and 6 training centers in other EU countries (Austria, Spain, Baltic states)
  • F+U, founded in 1980 in Heidelberg, reaches year turn-over more than 200 million Euro
  • managerial staff trainings leaded by F+U have been already finished by more than 94.000 German managers and almost 8.000 managers from other countries.
  • F+U Berlin International Academy is a training center, a part of F+U.

Among the clients of F+U Berlin International Academy are the largest companies and governmental institutions in Germany, e.g. Siemens, Bosch, Daimler Chrysler, Deutsche Telekom, Alstom, Bombardier Transportation, Samsung SDIG, Bundeskriminalamt.

ü Since 2000 we have been specializing in organizing international trainings for Polish managers enabling know-how transfer in an area of management to their workplaces.

ü in years 2001-2009 we organised 43 issues (editions, groups) of diversified international managerial studies. We had 932 managers-participants from 578 companies in Poland. Among them the biggest and well-known Polish and foreign (present in our country) enterprises (see the list of graduates: www.cedoz.eu)

ü We participate in or carry out a few international EU projects concerning managerial competences development in EU. Among them "ESO-CSA" project, which has been awarded European Quality Award by EU Commision in Dec. 2006 and BLIND CA project, carried out by international consortium, lead by CEDOZ.

PAYMENT AND APPLICATION DEADLINES – CONCERNS TWO STUDIES:

NO. 1 – MODERN COMPANY MANAGEMENT – MARKETING & FINANCE

NO. 2 – MODERN PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

1. Participants make separate payments for training in Poland and for the study visit in Berlin. Payment for training in Poland can be made in total or in 2-3-4 instalments. Payment for study visit in Berlin has to be made in March 2008 (1 month before session in Berlin). Study visit in Berlin is in 50% co-financed by European Union.

No. 1 – Modern Company Management – Marketing & Finance – payment for training in Poland amounts to 3740 zl (VAT-free). Payment in instalments doesn't result in raise of payment.

No. 2 – Modern Production Management - payment for training in Poland amounts to 3940 zl (VAT-free). Payment in instalments doesn't result in raise of payment.


2. Payment for training in Poland contains payments for: taking part in training, extensive training materials, interpreter services. Payment does not include costs of accomodation and food.

NOTICE: F+U Berlin International Academy's participation is non-profit, which enables considerable cost reduction.

DISCOUNTS – FOR EARLY APPLICATIONS AND NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

*Discounts ONLY for trainings in Poland. Condition – sending application form before given deadlines.

Payment for study visit in Berlin amounts to equivalence of 360 Euro. This payment has to be made in total 1 month before session in Berlin. This payment covers 50% of costs of the study visit in Berlin (including costs of taking part in training, interpreter service, certificate and German diploma, accomodation in Berlin in 2-bed bedroom and full board), the rest is covered from UE resources.

ACCOMODATION DURING POLISH PART OF THE STUDY

The organiser (CEDOZ) offers the participants from outside Wrocław accomodation in single rooms and full board (paid by the participant):

-         in very good **** hotel in Wroclaw (price about 240 zl gross/1 day)

-         in very good training center/hotel beyond Wroclaw in price about 180 zl gross/1 day

Above written prices include: accomodation in single rooms and full board (breakfast, lunch, coffee service twice a day, dinner)

* Costs can be reduced even by 35% if the participant will be interested in a cheaper offer prepared by CEDOZ

Qualification to the Study is established in application order. After receiving application you will be contacted by us, then we will agree the details and send you a contract. Payment is made on a basis of the contract and just after signing it by both sides.
